The Roman poet Horace is attributed with saying that a picture is a poem without words. Well, that's what we like to think too, although some words will be allowed (what's a card without the occasional sentiment). Welcome to the Without Words Challenge where we want you to create clean and simple cards, focusing on the image without the distractions of too many embellishments. We hope you enjoy this challenge as much as we do!

FEBRUARY: Working 9 to 5 (Occupations)

Hello my lovelies, and welcome to the February challenge at
Without Words

This month you may need to get your thinking caps on but we know you will rise to the occasion
(it is a challenge after all)
and our theme is
Working 9 to 5 (Occupations)

Our awesome sponsor this month is the delightful Elaine with a store voucher for QUIXOTIC PAPERIE

Remember to follow our simple rules for your entry to qualify for the prize
A handcoloured image (stamped or digi)
CAS design
Minimal or no embellishments
Sentiments are allowed

The Word Birds have been slaving away for very little pay (oh ok, no pay at all) and here are their inspiration cards for you

Aren't these awesome?  I must admit, Jane's did make me smile, but someone must make a living making cards or there wouldn't be card shops on the high street!

So, you can go quirky with your occupations, just so long as we can work out what they are and so long as your stamped or digi image is handcoloured

Just before we sign off, we need to deal with the Winner and Top 3 from January!

The Winner of the Crafters Companion voucher is
